Artist's Comments Ladies and Gentlemen, I present my first ever attempt at Chibis. Well, sort of. I didn't have a chibi style until now, let's put it that way. o.O Sorry to all the Axel fans. He looked fine in pencil, but as soon as I inked him, it ended up looking like someone stole some random plastic Halloween mask of Axel and started wearing it around. Sure fooled Xigbar. ^.^  Because Saeru drew them so ridiculously tiny (like the size of a pinky) it was kinda difficult to color smoothly - tried to even out a bit in PhotoShop, got a bit further removed from its original look, but still works for a little comic, I hope. I like Saeru's fake chibis, btw. Very Romancing SaGa MS-ish ^_- Woo! >.> And they're supposed to be small! That's why they're CHIBI. Not before I color them. You can only sharpen pencils so much, you know. Then use markers. ^.^ More X-mas gifts to come. Hopefully before Christmas actually gets here. e.e Yup. Characters c Square-Enix / Disney |
