I made this costume totally from scratch, including even the pants and the belt. Including even designing a zipper large enough to be accurately sized. O_o It was seriously the hardest cosplay I have ever made to date, because it is so simple and exact (and also because I'm used to making armor, and this is the total opposite.)

Um...on the keyblade - it's based off how I made my DragonBuster and my Soul Edge, but...it's also totally different. ^_^; It started with simply researching the shape of it and making the full-sized template. Actually, it's very similar in material to my Nightmare costume, except it didn't need any heat-forming (because it's basically flat, so I could do sandwiched layers) just a lot of dremeling along the edges to make everything all nice and rounded and organic.
And then...it's just a lot of painting. ^_-

And it's totally indestructible when being flung off the top of a moving vehicle in downtown traffic on an icy road. That's the best part, I think.
