Art is going to be slow of coming, here and there. I seem to have forgotten how to draw. Might take me a week or two to figure it out again. >.<

Thumbnail for this was done at work. I've got pages of thumbnails just sitting around, that will probably never amount to anything. But hey, the ones that make it to the monitor are crack enough.

What I want to know is...
why is it that I can draw Sora when I can't draw Xemnas? Grrrr to Sora.
Good thing I have U-E to save my shoddy lines.




Speech bubbles in all these comics kinda piss me off. The poses don't seem to translate well in a sufficient lay-out for sequential art purposes, so I did what I could.

And sorry about posting up another 4-koma that is actually only 3 panels. ^_^;

That aside, this one is cute...especially the trick-or-treat basket o' hearts. Someday, I hope we get to see Saix in something *serious* around here, tho...
Good to get a Kingdom Hearts Valentine / comic posted up before Valentine's Day. Hey, we were actually prepared for once. XD

Sure, Valentines Day was a made up holiday so that Halmark could sell more cards, but its the thought that counts, no?

and Saeru, hear you on the "argh forgot how to draw x.X" bit. I keep getting all these gorgeous ideas - fanart and otherwise - and am unable to express them properly any longer.

this is even worse in that I actually have an art -class- which I'm supposed to be able to, y'know, draw for... x.X

God damn. Y'all's standards are ungodly; y'all know that?

/begins my counter-current of praise
First off, there is no shoddy lines, here. And *do not* disagree with me on this, either!!!! Nor is saeru bad at drawing Xemnas. If anything, I congratulate them [because, dammit, I still forget genders.] on Xemnas in the last panel. His hair + that turn = nightmare, in my humble opinion. Yet!!!! Some-frickin'-how, saeru pulls it off. ...bastard.

The coloring's gorgeous. My mouth still waters, just a bit, when I look at it. That's either an odd and slight medical issue, or even *more* proof of u-e's crazy skills, in particular respect to Xemnas' coat in all three frames. [great job dealing with clothing creases and subsequent value nuances, therein] I'll go with the latter, on this one.

All together.... Y'all took a cutesy idea and added y'all's own marvelous touch to it. It could have been this horrendsouly adorable *thing* of Saix and Xemnas exchanging Valentine's, which would have been heart-wrenchingly ooc, perhaps to the point of disregard; but NO... You kept them in check, and still made it humorous and cute. [Plus, the punch-line with Sora made me snicker embarassingly.] Bravo.

*giggles* I wondered if someone was going to have a Valentines day comic up with the Organization. I must admit, Saïx's bucket of hearts makes me giggle. If I had more time, I would make one to take with me to conventions when we cosplay.
